We did the conversion work. Doors work great - Rear Windows are now fixed in place and do not roll down (but could if you do the work and find the regulators) and will need interior trim pieces.
Floors have patches from previous owner, will need some work.
Frame is Solid.
Rear Brakes will need replaced.
